1. Using RigRove
By using the RigRove app or website you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account.
2. Accounts
Keep your password private. You may browse as a guest; an account is required for orders, your garage and order history. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
3. Products, prices and availability
We list RC vehicles from third-party manufacturers. Brand and model names are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify products; RigRove is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with those manufacturers. Prices are in US dollars and may change. Stock is limited. Product photography is used to identify the models; actual color, trim and included accessories may vary. Specifications come from manufacturer information.
4. Orders and review
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Every order is reviewed for stock and address accuracy before payment. We may reject an order if an item is unavailable, if information cannot be verified, or if fraud is suspected. No payment is taken before approval, and approval does not by itself complete the sale until payment is confirmed.
5. Payment
Approved orders can be paid through a secure hosted checkout page. Card details are entered there and processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for charges you authorise.
6. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping options and costs are shown before payment. Delivery times are estimates. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to safety restrictions on batteries and opened electronics. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are handled according to the manufacturer's terms.
7. Safety and acceptable use
RC vehicles can cause injury and property damage. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, keep clear of people and animals, never drive near roads or crowds, and charge batteries safely. Do not use RigRove to break the law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, or submit false orders.
8. Content and intellectual property
The RigRove name, logo, app design and written content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Garage data and content you create remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display them to you.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms. If you violate these terms we may suspend or close your account. You can stop using the service at any time.
