1. Who we are
RigRove ("RigRove", "we", "us") operates the RigRove iOS application and this website. We sell hobby-grade remote-control vehicles and provide related tools such as terrain matching, product comparison and a personal rig garage. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@firecreat.xyz.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the store and your account:
- Account information: your name, email address and a password. Passwords are stored as salted, one-way hashes; we never store your plain-text password.
- Order and shipping information: recipient name, email, phone number, street address, city, state or region, postal code and country, plus the items you order and your order notes.
- Garage information: the rigs you add, nicknames, purchase dates, run logs, maintenance notes and servicing dates that you choose to record.
- Checkout information: when you pay, card details are entered on a secure hosted checkout page and processed by our payment provider. RigRove does not receive or store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVC codes.
- Support correspondence: messages you send to our support team and the contact details you include.
- Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, request time and path, user agent) generated when your device connects to our servers, used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing failures.
The app does not use advertising identifiers, does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account, sign you in and keep your session active.
- Process and review orders, verify stock and addresses, arrange shipping and provide customer support.
- Generate hosted payment links and confirm payment status.
- Sync your garage and run logs across your devices when you are signed in.
- Personalise recommendations you request, such as Worksite Match results.
- Protect the service against fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
- Comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable, we process personal information to perform our contract with you (accounts, orders, shipping), with your consent (optional features you choose to use), and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable store. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or deleting your account.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the store, and only as needed:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers and database.
- Payment processing partners that handle hosted checkout and confirm payment.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver approved orders.
- Authorities, when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
These providers are required to protect the information and to use it only for the services they perform for us.
6. Retention
Account and garage data are kept while your account is active. Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, sessions and garage data, and anonymise or delete associated order data unless we are legally required to retain it.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: you can view and update your information in the app, or contact us.
- Deletion: you can delete your account in the app at Profile → Delete account. You can also email privacy@firecreat.xyz from your registered address.
- Portability and objection: depending on your jurisdiction, you may request a copy of your information or object to certain processing.
- Marketing: we do not send marketing email without your consent. Transactional messages about your orders are always sent.
We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.
8. Children
RigRove is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic between the app and our servers, hash passwords with a modern key-derivation function, and restrict server access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and keep your device protected.
10. International transfers
Our servers and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate.
